At Beverage Warehouse, we strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, returns are typically limited to damaged or incorrect items. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Upon delivery, immediately check all bottles and packaging for signs of damage, leaks, or incorrect product fulfillment.

    Take clear photographs of any damaged goods and the shipping label to help our team process your claim quickly.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the documentation within 48 hours to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
